Caravans are fully equipped, but guests should bring bedlinen* and towels. The static caravans have an individual bathroom and toilet. There are two bedrooms, one with a twin bed 1.40M wide, the other one with two single beds,whereas two additional beddings can be made in the living area (except for TYPE 18M2). An awning, garden furniture and a parasol are provided,as well as comfortable lounge-chairs.
The COMFORT caravans are extra wide and are additionally fitted with an airconditioner**, a micro-wave oven and a small safe. Minimum rental period is one full week, always starting on a Saturday.
* disposable bedlinen sets are available: € 20,00 for double bed, € 14,00 for single bed

Security deposit is € 150 of which € 50 for end cleaning,to be refunded when no damage or missing inventory at end of rental period and in case guests take care of cleaning before leaving.
RESERVATIONS:
Preferably per reservation form printed overleaf. Bookings should be accompanied by a 40% deposit and a €15,00 reservation fee. Confirmation will be made through a receipt and a rental agreement.
The caravan is available from 5 p.m. on the first day of rental and should be vacated before 9.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
CANCELLATION FEE:
25% of the total amount due if the cancellation is made 6 weeks or more before the reserved period.
If cancellation is within 6 weeks before the reserved period the total deposit and reservation fee will be forfeited. In both cases cancellation should be made by registered letter, fax or e-mail.
Please note that the cost of cancellation insurance is not included in the prices
PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT FOR HYGIENIC REASONS BATHING IN THE POOL IN BERMUDA/BOXER SHORTS IS NOT PERMITTED
THE USE OF BARBECUES EXCEPT GAS BARBECUES ON THE SITE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
